General Information
- The Continuing Care Clinic is a multidisciplinary team which diagnoses, treats and rehabilitates patients with severe and persistent psychotic disorders, most having schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. The rehabilitation service available to these patients offers social skills groups, work skills groups and community living skills groups. Cognitive-behavioural therapy is also available.
